If you are looking for relaxation after work and want to do something good for yourself, your body & mind, then check out my online courses. I offer After-Work-Relax-Yoga for those who are looking for rest & relaxation after a hard day at the office and just want to calm down and gain new energy.

I also offer new moon yoga to manifest your desires and full moon yoga to release old patterns, attachments or beliefs.

Yoga & Sound

For sound yoga I use original Peter Hess therapy singing bowls. These are gently struck while positioned on or around the body. This leads to a deeper relaxation and the dissolution of blockages.

We react intensely to sounds because our body consists of 70 % water. Water has a special conductivity so that the vibration of the sounds finds its way into us which has an immediate effect on our cells, depending on the pitch and tone colour of the singing bowl.

To understand the effect imagine a lake into which you drop a stone. Concentric circles are created that spread out in the lake. Similarly, the vibrations of the singing bowl spread out in concentric waves in the body.

The different singing bowls address different parts of the body particularly well with their characteristic frequency (vibration). As a result we are more centred and mindful. Sound yoga leads to a complete quieting of the mind and improved body relaxation and muscle stretching.

Yoga for detoxification

I am happy to accompany you during detox cures of any kind:

To support the detoxification and well-being, I use selected asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) & meditation techniques.

Asanas and pranayama regulate the finer functions of the body. They stimulate the heart, the nervous system, the vessels and the glands. The internal organs are massaged and the blood circulation is stimulated. The expulsion of toxins from the body is stimulated. The hormone producing glands are stimulated.

A harmonisation of the body takes place. A balance of tension and relaxation combines bodywork with an inner experience of stillness and calmness.

Especially in combination with detoxification cures, these exercises become a holistic beneficial health experience. They release deep-seated tensions and lead to an experience of inner peace and clarity. To intensify this effect I use therapy singing bowls.
