Water has a special conductivity so that the vibration of the sounds finds its way into us which has an immediate effect on our cells, depending on the pitch and tone colour of the singing bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To understand the effect imagine a lake into which you drop a stone. Concentric circles are created that spread out in the lake. Similarly, the vibrations of the singing bowl spread out in concentric waves in the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The different singing bowls address different parts of the body particularly well with their characteristic frequency (vibration). As a result we are more centred and mindful.
